From my personal experience, to be a qualified HSSE consultant, I need both on-site technical experience and the ability to coordinate, communicate, write and report at the headquarters. In Allen's eight years, I have successively engaged in on-site HSSE work in Malaysia's gas to oil plant and domestic coal gasification joint venture, and also participated in HSSE related work of five large and small projects at different stages, such as preliminary project evaluation, project construction and trial drive, joint venture operation and production, onshore exploration and development, etc. In addition to technical knowledge and on-site experience, I also need to exercise my organization, communication and expression skills in my work. The work in Beijing headquarters gave me such an opportunity. Over the past 8 years, I have gained the experience of "being both literate and martial arts". Now I can complete my work with confidence whether I talk to senior foreign managers or teach on-site workers how to work safely!

What I want to say to graduates / job seekers:
